The Zen service helps you get to the root cause of any issues identified and includes:

A timeline of the system impacting event
A view of relevant folder structures
The ability to pivot between artifact types in a multi-threaded investigation
Our cyber security triage service runs from Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

How it works

How does Cyber Triage work?

After initial consultation with Zen, a tool will be sent to you which enables you to automate data collection, as will all future updated releases when they are available. The tool is designed to have a very small performance footprint and runs from a simple GUI which allows us to select which features and data require collection and analysis. As part of the engagement, a Zen security consultant will define how the data will be collected and securely shared with you.

Once the relevant data is collected and shared, Zen will use advanced tools and techniques to analyse it and identify any signs of malicious activity, compromise or vulnerability. We will provide you with a detailed report that summarises our findings, recommendations, and remediation steps. The report will also contain relevant evidence, such as screenshots, logs, hashes, and indicators of compromise.

Zen’s Cyber Triage software service is flexible and scalable, meaning that it can be tailored to your specific needs and environment. Whether you need a one-time assessment or a periodic check-up, Zen can help you achieve your cyber security goals. Cyber Triage runs on Windows operating systems from Windows XP and above, which means you can monitor and report on client systems as well as Windows servers.

Costs

A subscription to Cyber Triage costs from £300 per month to cover two nominated machines, which can be reassigned monthly. Additional coverage cost £150 per month for each additional machine.
