Call Rates
- Charges are pence per minute (PPM) and include VAT.
- Calls are billed by the minute, with each call rounded up to the nearest minute.

How we calculate call charges:
Calls are subject to a minimum length of one second and are rounded up to the nearest minute (e.g. if a call lasts 25 seconds, it will be rounded up to one minute on your bill). If applicable, a call setup fee is added. Fixed fee calls have a fixed-cost element for part (or all) of the call (e.g. 5p for the first five minutes or 25p per call). For calls to service numbers beginning 084, 087, 09 and 118, the access and service charges are rounded up to the nearest minute. There is no call setup fee for these calls.

How is Digital Voice different from traditional phone systems?
Digital phone lines and digital voice phones are the future of voice communications in the UK. With the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) switch off around the corner, all voice communications will take place using IP-based services.
There are two main choices when it comes to digital communications for businesses: Digital Voice and CloudComms. Digital Voice acts as a replacement for traditional landline phone services, providing a single-line service for making and receiving telephone calls. Your VoIP phone will plug into your router instead of the master socket, for calls that are routed over your internet connection. CloudComms provides a more powerful cloud based VoIP system, providing anything from a single handset to full call centre functionality, depending on your business needs.
With the traditional phone system switch off, existing VoIP providers are no longer the best way to get a modern VoIP service for your phone calls. Instead, the best VoIP service provider is now your internet service provider, who can provide your VoIP phone system alongside your existing broadband connection to create what is effectively a digital phone line.
