*Pricing is based on connections within Zen connected areas. Availability of these connections depends on your specific business location and prices are therefore subject to availability. We can provide you with a bespoke quotation upon request. Our 100% uptime SLA promise is available when Ethernet services are taken with our resilience services. All prices exclude VAT. Zen will ensure that faults affecting availability of any Zen supplied router will be responded to in four hours of the fault being raised by the customer and a fault ticket number being assigned to the customer.
